1. Our Services

VertexPro provides professional post-construction cleaning for commercial developments, multi-unit residential buildings, custom homes, renovations, retail spaces, and final project turnovers.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Builder cleans
• Final detailed cleaning
• Phase-by-phase construction cleaning
• Dust removal and finishing preparation
• Window and surface detailing
• Move-in ready cleaning

Every project is performed according to the written quotation, proposal, work order, or service confirmation provided before work begins.

2. Estimates and Scope of Work

All quotations are prepared using the project information available at the time of the estimate, including drawings, site details, schedules, and access conditions provided by the client.

Construction projects often evolve. If site conditions, accessibility, project size, schedule, or cleaning requirements change materially, VertexPro reserves the right to revise pricing or scope before performing additional work.

No additional charges will be applied without communicating the required changes whenever reasonably possible.

3. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver efficient, safe, and high-quality service, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and timely access to the worksite.
• Ensure electricity, lighting, and water are available where required.
• Identify restricted or hazardous areas before work begins.
• Disclose fragile finishes or specialty materials requiring particular care.
• Secure valuable personal belongings prior to service.
• Provide accurate project information throughout scheduling.

We reserve the right to pause work if unsafe working conditions exist.

4. Scheduling

We understand that construction schedules change frequently. VertexPro makes every reasonable effort to accommodate revised timelines while maintaining service quality and crew availability.

Scheduled dates are confirmed based on available resources and may require adjustment if project readiness changes.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We appreciate as much notice as possible if a project needs to be postponed or rescheduled.

Where labour, equipment, or materials have already been reserved specifically for a project, reasonable documented costs may apply if outlined in the project agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each quotation or invoice.

• Applicable Canadian taxes will be added where required.
• Invoices become payable according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Late payments may result in reasonable collection costs where permitted by applicable law.

7. Site Conditions and Service Limitations

Standard post-construction cleaning does not include work involving:

• Hazardous material remediation
• Asbestos or mould removal
• Structural repairs
• Permanent staining correction
• Damage caused by construction defects
• Inaccessible areas outside the agreed scope

If these conditions are discovered during service, we will communicate available options before proceeding whenever possible.

8. Quality Commitment

We take pride in delivering work that meets professional turnover standards.

If you believe an area within the agreed scope requires additional attention, please contact us promptly after service completion so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Property Damage

Any concern regarding accidental damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request reasonable access to inspect the affected area before determining the appropriate course of action.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious software.
